Our Advantages
Output and input shaft of gearbox are designed as parallel type. Widely used in standard compounding of MB, filling, engineering plastics, reinforcement, etc.. T/A3≤7.0, Screw speed ≤600rpm.
And also we have high torque gearbox for option. T/A3 is 7.5-12, Screw speed is 600-1000rpm. which provided high output and energy saving advantages.

1. For wear application: C shape liner; Cr26, Cr12MoV, W6Mo5Cr4V2.
2. For corrosion application:38CrMoAl, Ha C alloy.

Cooling: The cooling pipeline of each barrel is equipped with manual shut-off valve and solenoid valve. The former controls the flow of soft water, and the latter automatically controls the on-off of soft water in linkage with the temperature control instrument.

 (1) You can get to the Nanjing Lukou Airport by air directly, then call us and we will pick you up by car.
(2) You can take the train to Nanjing South Railway station, and then taking the Metro line S1 and transferring S7 to
Zhetang station, we will pick you up by car.
If you don’t know how to take the metro line, just call us in Nanjing South Railway Station and we will pick you up there.
